Description

• Develop comprehensive working knowledge of internal systems.
• Troubleshoot, identify root causes and proactively suggest solutions and enhancements
• Provide timely response and resolution to alerts, queries and issues raised by trading teams
• Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and complete setup in relevant trading-related systems
• Liaise with other teams and continuously develop innovative ways to improve processes and procedures
• Assist with system automation projects
• Document detailed procedures, review and enhance existing technical documentation

• At least 2 years of trading infrastructure and application support experience
• Have a good understanding of financial products
• Strong technical skills and interest in technologies such as Python & Linux
• Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with colleagues across different locations
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills, and doesn't settle for mediocrity
• Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure in a very fast-paced environment, and be able to adjust the priority of assignments on short notice
• Ideally with an advanced degree in STEM
