WGU Corporation in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Operations Engineer. Must have a master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Statistics, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, plus: 3 years of experience with developing and deploying Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Gen AI models; 3 years of experience working in Higher Education at an organization with a large student population of 100,000+ students; and 2 years of experience working with Databricks, MLFlow, Unity Catalog, GitHub, OpenAI, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation, Python, and SQL.
