We are the best federal court disability appellate firm in the nation. Our greatest strength is that our team is made up of former Agency folks. So we are looking for OGC, OHO, or HQ policy experience only. Under our guidance, you will be reviewing ALJ denials after the AC denies review to determine whether such cases are viable for federal court appeal or not. The pay is better than anyone else in this space offers. The job has extreme flexibility for those who have been properly brainwashed by the Agency (just like us :-)). Positions can be either full-time or part-time. However, you are not permitted to work for any other disability firm while with us. We are special. Some brief writing may also be involved or available depending.
