We're partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Senior Manager, APAC Distribution Compliance & Risk Management.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected investment management firm in a first-line compliance and risk role, embedded directly within the APAC Distribution business. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Distribution teams, helping to shape and enhance compliance and risk frameworks across a complex, multi-jurisdictional APAC environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Client Services teams to provide proactive compliance and risk advisory

Maintaining and enhancing distribution compliance frameworks, policies and control processes

Monitoring regulatory developments and translating them into practical business solutions

Driving risk management initiatives, including incident management and risk assessments

Working closely with regional and global stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk and Audit functions

Supporting new business initiatives, product development and cross-border distribution activities

We are keen to speak with professionals who have:

• 8+ years of compliance experience within asset management

• Strong understanding of APAC regulatory frameworks and cross-border distribution activities

• Experience advising institutional and/or intermediary distribution businesses

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

• A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-oriented approach
