Description
A 2025 Top 100 Critical Access Hospital near Topeka, KS seeks a Primary Care (FM/IM) Physician to join their collegial team of four primary care doctors due to an upcoming retirement of a long-tenured provider:• Flexible scheduling options with 4, 4.5, or 5-day workweek - build position in your vision, prioritizing work-life balance or total earning potential
• No call, no nights, no weekends
• Interest in endoscopic procedures can be supported
• Optional OB (not required)
• Manageable clinic patient volume in the low to mid-teens
• Option to pick up additional shifts, including ER, for increased earning potential
Compensation Highlights:
• Up to a $3250,000 guarantee
• Productivity incentives with proven earning potential of $375,000+
• Competitive onboarding incentives including signing bonus and residency stipend
• NHSC service site with student loan repayment eligibility, including state forgiveness programs
