About Our Client

Our client is one of the international private bank and asset management group serving private clients and institutional investor, their department is currently looking for a Email Surveillance Associate to handle email surveillance in monitoring, investigation and review compliance standard, ideal candidate should have around 4 to 5 years of working experience in compliance/ surveillance/ operational risk field.

Job Description

• Monitoring trading activities and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conducting detailed reviews of unusual or suspicious activities and escalating findings as needed.
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and documentation.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records of surveillance activities for audit and reporting purposes.
• Providing support during regulatory inspections and internal audits.
• Staying updated with industry regulations and best practices in financial services surveillance.
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of surveillance tools and processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
• 5 years of working experience in compliance/ surveillance/ operational risk field within banking/ Financial Services sector
• Candidate with prior experience in surveillance or similar position are preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
