Description

Hodge Engineering Co, Knoxville, TN, is seeking an Electrical Engineer (PE). Qualified candidate must be a US Citizen and have an active engineering license with the ability to become licensed in multiple states. Current registration with NCEES is also required.

Electrical system designs include but not limited to power and lighting, fire protection and life safety, process and equipment controls, emergency power and UPS. Must have a wide range of experience and be able to offer custom solutions to meet and exceed client needs. The following are some areas of expertise and electrical engineering capability required:

· Must be self-starter.

· Must be able to work well with project engineering design TEAM

· Familiar with NEC and Standards

· Able to manage electrical design staff

· Experience with AutoCad and REVIT

· Medium and Low Voltage Power System Design

· One Line Drawings of Power Distribution

· Indoor and Outdoor Lighting Design

· Grounding Systems Design

· Fire Alarm System Design

· Power System Distribution Analysis

· Load Flow Studies

· Power Factor Studies and Correction

· Arc Flash Compliance, NAPA 70E

· Generator Emergency Power Systems

· Uninterruptable Power Systems
