Description

Our client is a well-capitalized quantitative trading firm with an established presence across global financial markets. As they continue to scale their operations, they are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to oversee core IT infrastructure, end-user technology, identity and access management, networking, and operational support.

This is a hands-on position offering broad exposure across systems administration, cloud applications, endpoint management, security operations, and office network infrastructure within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Administer identity and access management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, user provisioning, access reviews, and authentication controls across core business platforms.
2. Manage and support enterprise SaaS environments, collaboration platforms, productivity tools, and day-to-day technical operations.
3. Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, VPN connectivity, and firewall appliances.
4. Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, account access, endpoint management, and connectivity-related issues.
5. Support security-focused operational initiatives while maintaining documentation, asset inventories, vendor relationships, and IT best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Base salary ranging $100,000 - $150,000. (flexible for exceptional candidates)
