About Harrisonburg and The Harrisonburg Electric Commission (HEC):
Harrisonburg is located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We are situated between the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountain ranges, with the Massanutten Range in sight as well.
