Description
Quantum Leap Medical Technologies, Inc., a Delaware C-Corp spun off from Neurotect LLC in 2025, is preparing to commercialize “game-changing” safety-oriented “smart fabrics” to prevent life-changing or life-threatening spinal and vascular injuries. These “smart fabrics” incorporate the inventions and patents created by Dr. Arthur Jenkins, a NYC Neurosurgeon known for his extensive career, and he developed the technology to prevent the neurological injuries he has been treating for more than 30 years.
We are hiring a full-time engineer who is:
- experienced and knowledgeable in fluid dynamics
- in particular, the modeling of non-Newtonian fluids and ferrofluids.
This role will be critical for the expansion of the company from our current “pre-market prototype development” phase to “full market domination” of the consumer, professional, and military safety product markets. One key early role will be the securing of non-dilutive funding (ie, grants), as well as coordination of work being done with outside partners, as well as developing, testing, and then launching the products to market. So, project management skills and grant-writing skills will also be highly regarded.
Salary will be a combination of cash and equity/options, we will provide benefits, and we are looking for someone passionate about preventing injuries in athletes, military, and even family members.
While we will prioritize candidates who can work/live near to the owner in the New York City Tri-state area, remote work can also be supported, for the right candidate.
Help us make the world a safer place with our “smart fabrics” using patented, truly “quantum leap” technologies! If you, or someone you know fits this description, PLEASE reach out to us at:
