A 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Southeast Colorado is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join its primary care team consisting of one physician and two experienced advanced practice providers.

This dedicated group is looking for a community minded physician who is passionate about delivering meaningful, high quality care to a rural population.

The Opportunity:
- $280,000 - $320,000 Guaranteed Base Salary depending on leadership interest + productivity bonus incentives
- Predominately outpatient role with an option to follow hospitalized patients
- Treat on average 12-15 patients per day
- Opportunity to transition into leadership roles as Medical Director or Chief of Staff with leadership stipends available
