Description
Saint Paul College is seeking energetic, dedicated individuals to join our Electrical Technology program as full-time faculty members. We are committed to academic excellence and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Start Date: August 24, 2026 Training: Required the week before the semester begins
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Hours may vary slightly depending on the assigned teaching schedule, with separate schedules for first- and third-semester classes.

Hiring two full-time faculty members
All classes held in-person
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and lab instruction
Evaluate and advise students
Develop and revise curriculum
Participate in department and advisory meetings
Engage in professional development
Promote diversity and cultural competence
Support program recruitment
Compensation & Benefits:
9-month academic year salary (late August–mid-May)
Breaks: 2–3 weeks between semesters, 1-week Spring Break

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Two-year electrician diploma or registered apprenticeship completion
Four years of full-time paid work experience as a licensed electrician
One year of recent experience (or waiver with 5 years teaching)
