Conduct research and development of wireless technologies for 5G/5G Advanced base station systems, with orientation toward 6G.
Design, simulate, and optimize phased array antennas, dual-polarized antennas, and multi-band antennas for Massive/Ultra-Massive MIMO systems.
Research and develop beamforming solutions (Analog, Hybrid, Digital), optimizing beam patterns, system performance, and capacity.
Design and optimize RF components for base stations, including antennas, filters, couplers, circulators, power dividers/combiners, matching networks, and RF front-end modules.
Perform electromagnetic simulations (HFSS, CST, ADS, etc.), and analyze S-parameters, radiation patterns, efficiency, and other relevant RF metrics.
Participate in testing and performance evaluation in both lab and real-world environments; analyze results and propose design improvements.
Contribute to technical documentation, design standards development, and patent filing
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Microelectronics / Telecommunications or related fields. Candidates with a Master’s or PhD degree are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and/or design of wireless technologies (Antenna, Filter, Beamformer, RF components, etc.).
Experience in RF simulation, testing, and design optimization.
Strong understanding of Massive MIMO, Beamforming, and 5G base station architecture.
