Description
Job Purpose:We areseekinga highly organized and strategic individual to join our teamtoleadthe execution of the Bank's resolution planningprogramme. The successful candidate will drive projects andmanagement initiatives, from planning and execution to reporting in the context of resolution planning and broader support in the Risk Management Group - ChiefRiskOfficer team. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a keen eye for data analysis, and the ability to managemultipleprojects to successful completion,ultimately contributingto the Bank's adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Accountable for leading and delivering the Bank's resolution planning initiatives, ensuring they are robust, effective, and enhance operational continuity and resiliency in resolution, meeting all regulatory expectations.
- Act as the primarysubject matter expert on resolutionplanning,staying abreast ofevolving regulatory guidance and industry best practices.
- Effectivelypartnering and coordinatingwithdiverse senior stakeholders across various departments to ensuretimelyand in-scope completion of resolution planning requirements, fostering alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Perform review and challenge ofdata, generating actionable insights, and producing comprehensive reports and committee materials (agendas, minutes) that directly support informed decision-making by senior management and relevant committees.
- Manage andfacilitateinteractions with regulators concerning resolution plan submissions, feedback, and ongoing supervisory activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design,implementationand execution of the Bank's Resolution Planning initiatives to enhanceoperationalcontinuity in resolutionandcomply withMonetary Authority of Singapore's(MAS)Notice 654requirements.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert on resolution planning, staying abreast of evolving regulatory guidance, industry best practices, and potential impacts on the Bank.
- Partner with cross-functional groups involving senior stakeholders from Legal, Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, Operations, Technology, and Business Lines to deliver Resolution Planning requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Perform review and challenge of data gathered toidentifyinsights and prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision-making by senior management and committees. Produce committee meeting materials including meeting agendas and minutes
- Manage engagement with regulatorsregardingresolution plan submissions, feedback, and ongoing supervisory activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8-12 years of working experience in Business Risk Management, Operational Risk, Business Continuity Management or Financial Risk. Knowledge and experience of Recovery and Resolution Planning in financial institutionsand MAS Notice 654will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; detail-oriented witha high levelof accuracy.
- Proficiencywith business management or performance tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good qualitycommunication (written and verbal) with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good project management skillsand ability to handle multiple tasks
- Goodknowledge of banking activities and operations
