Role Overview
As a Security Sales Senior Manager, you will spearhead Accenture Security's growth strategy for multinational clients, with Hong Kong as the primary focus and the engine driving regional expansion. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will originate, shape, and close complex cybersecurity deals that enable global organizations to navigate the regions landscape, safeguard critical digital assets, and accelerate secure transformation at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own and exceed sales targets for Accenture Security offerings across Cyber Defense, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, and Risk & Compliance.
- Originate & Close Deals: Lead the full sales cycle-from opportunity identification to deal shaping and negotiation-focused on high-value, complex security solutions for multinational clients.
- Executive-Level Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders to uncover strategic security needs and influence buying decisions.
- Navigate Regulatory Complexity: Advise clients on China-specific cybersecurity regulations, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate Globally: Work seamlessly with APAC and Global teams to leverage Accenture's worldwide capabilities and deliver integrated solutions.
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans tailored for Hong Kong and Mainland China, leveraging Accenture's global expertise and local insights.
- Thought Leadership: Position Accenture as a security innovator by sharing insights on emerging threats, regulatory trends, and AI-driven security solutions.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required (depending on client needs).
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Sales Expertise: 8+ years in cybersecurity sales or business development with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Zero Trust, cloud security, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven security solutions.
- Influence & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, deal-shaping, and stakeholder management skills.
- Global Perspective: Experience working with multinational clients and navigating cross-border regulatory challenges.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across APAC and global teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Credentials: Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English required; Cantonese and Mandarin strongly preferred.
