Position Summary
The Lead Director, Digital Pharmacy Product Management, will lead the development and execution of our product roadmap. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Pharmacy Product Management, they will drive innovation, manage cross-functional outcome focused teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. This experienced product management leader collaborates with product engineering and product design leaders as part of the product creators' team, to deliver impactful solutions that create meaningful value for our customers and the business.
The ideal candidate for this role is a forward-thinking leader, passionate about solving complex challenges, with a strong sense of ownership and deep pride in both their product and the experience of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current state to identify opportunities through customer needs, product analysis, digital data and stakeholder conversations.
- Build, lead and mentor the product teams consistent with the product-oriented operating model and mindset, focused on outcomes and being an advocate for our customers.
- Drive ongoing prioritization of initiatives to maximize impact and accelerate time-to-value for customers as part of the product creators' team and in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner to business operations, guiding priorities and decisions to ensure product initiatives deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with overall business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous discovery, experimentation, and evidence-based decision making.
- Accountable for successful delivery of products, features and exceptional customer experience.
- Deeply understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs through partnership with business operations & customer insight teams and engaging directly with customers to inform product strategy and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of overall product management experience
- At least 3 years of experience in leading teams, with a focus on performance management and team development to foster a high-performance culture.
- A proven track record of 5+ years in defining and executing product roadmaps and strategies for large-scale consumers or B2B digital products, showcasing the ability to align product vision with business goals.
- Over 5 years of experience in leading and collaborating effectively with engineering and design teams to deliver customer-centric solutions, ensuring product viability and value.
- Strong analytical skills with 5+ years of experience in leveraging data and customer insights to drive prioritization, measure outcomes, and influence key stakeholders effectively.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in an agile environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead decentralized teams.

- Curiosity and interest in new technologies, especially AI-enabled, and experiences created by technology.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent work experinece
- Master's degree Preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
