REQ: BS in Electrical / Electronic / COMMS. ENG or RLTD & 5 years exp. Duties: RF design & capacity planning. Analyze KPI's context setup, drop, RRC setup, bearer setup & ddrop, DL scheduler delay and DL throughput. Identify & tailor network planning tools & databases. Measure & investigate RF propagation environ. Site identification, RF site surveys & approve/disapprove. Identify RF equipment at sites, RF audits, build verific. & system RF acceptance.
