Sr. Quality Engineer, Auburn hills, Michigan: Ensure that advanced quality deliverables are completed on time and customer expectations are fulfilled. Directly lead the Process Readiness and Quality Readiness check sheet process for assigned program. Ensure resources are identified for all elements, maintain tracking, report KPI, resolve problems, and escalate issues to management. Execute assigned quality related tasks for assigned programs. Review GD&T and gauging methodologies for assigned programs. Participate and provide input in design reviews and to the program engineer in the development of DFMEA. Utilize skills such as PPAP, AQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control plan & Gage R & Rs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related plus 60 months of post-bachelor progressive work experience in Industrial Quality Engineering field.
