- Senior Project Engineer - Civil

Description:Martin/Martin Wyoming, Inc. is looking for a senior-level engineer to join our Civil Engineering Group in our Cheyenne, Wyoming office. This senior-level engineer will work with multiple project managers on a broad range of project types. This position will focus on civil projects with special emphasis on project management for site/land development, stormwater and drainage, and domestic and wastewater projects.
Projects are typically in Wyoming and the Northern Colorado Region but can sometimes take us nationally, offering the opportunity to travel. This position includes opportunities for business development, client relationship management and marketing and allows for interactions with owners, architects, contractors, etc.

Each project presents unique challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as an engineer. The successful candidate will develop expertise in a broad range of civil engineering services.
Examples Of Responsibilities
- Assists in conceptual design.
- Assists in fee determination and proposal preparation.
- Fills out Project Setup Forms and reviews/fills out work authorizations.
- Establishes a QA/QC plan for each project.
- Assists in business development and marketing activities.
- Acts as a mentor for younger engineers and assists with their career development.
- Attends project meetings and represents Martin/Martin Wyoming, Inc. during design and construction.
- Follows up on collection of account receivables.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited engineering curriculum
- Professional Engineer License in Wyoming with a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience
- Demonstrates leadership abilities beneficial to the company's future
- Consistently meets established financial metrics
