About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Investment Bank. Currently, they are hiring for Operations Risk Governance Associate to join their team.

Job Description

• Mitigate operational risk by ensuring strong controls, promoting best practices, and embedding a transparent risk culture across Operations.
• Lead Operations Risk Reporting for Asia, including monitoring and managing risk incidents, KRIs, and open issues/actions.
• Oversee regional operational risk monitoring and monthly reporting, including Asia and UK Senior Managers Regime requirements.
• Support Regional Leads and collaborate with stakeholders on regulatory and risk-related initiatives such as RCSAs, remediation programs, deep dives, and control framework implementations.
• Provide regular operational risk insights and updates to senior management and ensure regulatory and internal requirements are met.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree
• Experience in operational processes and operational risk management within the financial industry; knowledge of client asset segregation is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Asia's regulatory environment and financial/banking regulations.
• Good analytical and project execution skills, capable of delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital tools (Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath, etc.) is an advantage.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
