Description
Operational Resilience & Physical Security Manager - Surrey (1 day per week onsite)Meraki Talent are partnering with a well-established client of ours in the financial sector who are looking to appoint an Operational Resilience & Physical Security Manager into a newly created, high-impact role within their leadership team.
This position will take ownership of the design, implementation, and governance of operational resilience and physical security frameworks, ensuring full alignment with FCA and ICO requirements. You'll lead business continuity, incident and crisis management planning, and work closely with IT to align technical recovery with critical business services. The role also carries responsibility for physical security across multiple sites.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and embed resilience strategy in a business that values proactive, forward-thinking leadership.
Key Experience:
- Strong background leading Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks end-to-end
- Proven experience working with FCA regulations (including SS1/21, SS2/21, SM&CR, Consumer Duty)
- Track record managing physical security across multiple locations
- Ability to translate strategy into delivery and drive tangible outcomes
- Experience engaging with auditors, regulators, and senior stakeholders
- Background in Financial Services, Insurance, or Professional Services preferred

Applicants must have full UK working rights and be able to attend the Surrey office 1 day per week.
