Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational risk frameworks and policies
• Partner with front office, middle office, and support functions to identify and mitigate risks
• Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across business units
• Design, monitor, and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to track emerging risks
• Perform risk assessments, scenario analysis, and control testing
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with reguators and global standards
• Provide training and guidance to business units on risk awareness and best practices
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and committees

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 7 years of experience in operational risk within investment banking or financial services
• Master's degree is a must (Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related discipline preferred)
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
