We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer who is passionate about Java, Spring Boot, API design, and has hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning to enhance real-world applications. You'll build scalable backend systems, integrate intelligent features, and collaborate with global teams to deliver next-generation financial technology.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Contribute to architecture and performance optimization across backend systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-impact features.

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Drive technical excellence and innovation within your domain.

What You'll Bring

5-8 years of experience in backend software development.

Strong skills in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

Experience applying AI/ML concepts in production (model integration, inference APIs, NLP, or data pipelines).

Proven experience in building and maintaining APIs (REST/GraphQL).

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS).

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).

Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and related DevOps tools.

Knowledge of security best practices in API and data handling.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
