Job Description
In this role you will have the opportunity to sustain and maintain labeling system software, hardware and processes in medical device manufacturing.
Your role:
- Developing the next iterations of a complete labeling system (software, processes and equipment).
- Sustaining a complete labeling system solution software; the quality and compliance of our medical device labeling; internal and external database management; validation activities (software and hardware); and departmental work instructions/processes.
- Deployment and administration of a complete labeling system, including documented Work Instructions (WIs) and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Deploy labeling solutions to new manufacturing or distribution sites, guiding the blueprinting, validation, process design, and implementation of software, hardware, and processes.
- Ensuring timely change management of labeling and Instructions For Use (IFUs), working with labeling technicians/label coordinators, and performing labeling changes.
- Working with quality management and all life-cycle phases of product labeling and IFUs.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field..
- You've acquired 2+ years of experience in System Architecture, System Design or equivalent. Experience in software or process design/validation in a regulated environment is strongly preferred. Labeling experience in a regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- Your skills include validation testing, technical documentation, technical acumen, quality specifications, and continuous improvement.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- You're a self-motivated individual that enjoys exploring technical software and integration functionality. You have a rigorous eye for detail, understanding that patient safety and market access are dependent on you and the systems/processes you deploy. You are seen as approachable by your teammates, including both peers and junior members, and you easily interact with business leaders. You demonstrate reliability with minimal supervision, efficiently managing your tasks and time to consistently meet deadlines while promptly escalating issues as necessary. You are adept at addressing complex challenges without predefined answers and take satisfaction in providing smart, scalable solutions in collaboration with our SaaS providers.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an office based role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Minnesota is $102,000 to $163,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN.
