A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IT, Software Engineer II
As a Software Engineer at Castle, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners to address user stories, features, projects, or bugs for integration into our lab information system and various applications. You will exercise autonomy in managing and prioritizing tasks, aligning them with requirements, and adeptly communicating progress or any encountered issues. In this capacity, you will be empowered to devise innovative solutions that not only enhance company operations but also foster personal development. The primary focus of this role will involve active participation in software design and solutioning, programming, testing, and documenting, as well as conducting demonstrations for stakeholders and QA testers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, related field, or related experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum 3+ years of programming experience.
- Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues.

SCHEDULE
- Typically, Monday through Friday in office 8-hour workday, exempt position, working from the Phoenix, AZ office location.
