Instrumentation & Control Systems Engineer (55874): Develop technical and design criteria, SCADA block diagrams, process control functional narratives, equipment specifications, control schematics, instrument selection, and sizing for construction contractors in the water and wastewater industry. Salary: $140,109.00 - $160,109.00.
