Your new role

As Director of Compliance - Voice Surveillance Focus, you will:

• Define and shape AI-based compliance tools for voice surveillance to meet stringent regulatory needs.
• Partner closely with product, AI, and engineering teams to embed compliance logic and explainability into solutions.
• Engage with clients' compliance and risk teams to co-design workflows and implement voice surveillance in live environments.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading compliance innovation or surveillance programs within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., HKMA, MAS) and their application to voice monitoring.
• Knowledge of AI/ML systems, model governance, explainability, and operationalization.
• Excellent collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
