The organization seeks dedicated and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Deputy Sheriff. In this role, the individual will play a crucial part in maintaining law and order within the community. Duties Summary
- Enforce laws and regulations to maintain public safety and order
- Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect criminal activity
- Maintain care, custody, and control of incarcerated individuals
- Respond to emergency calls and provide assistance as needed
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview witnesses
- Make arrests and apprehend suspects
- Prepare detailed reports of incidents and activities
- Serve legal documents such as warrants and subpoenas
- Provide courtroom security and testify in court proceedings
- Assist with traffic control and accident investigations
- Conduct community outreach programs to educate the public on crime prevention
Experience Summary
- Certificate or degree in law enforcement or related field preferred
- First aid, CPR, and conflict management training
- Experience with CCTV surveillance systems
- Strong knowledge of law enforcement procedures, techniques, and principles
- Ability to handle firearms safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in report writing, documentation, English language, and grammar

Salary
Deputy: Pay: $57,886 - $102,398 per year
Lateral Deputy: May start up to $76,523 depending on experience

Requirements
