Description
A well-established specialist life insurance advisory business is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager (CSM) to support Risk Advisers and play a key role in preparing high-quality insurance advice for clients.
This role suits someone from a Financial Planning background with RISK experience or insurance industry background. We need someone who enjoys client interaction, detailed administration and working closely with advisers. A clear development pathway to becoming a Risk Adviser is available for those interested in progressing long term.

The Role
You will provide end-to-end support to Risk Advisers, ensuring all client insurance information is accurate, current and fully prepared ahead of client meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting Risk Advisers with administrative and client service tasks
Calling clients to complete fact-finding and annual updates
Updating and maintaining client records and insurance details
Collating insurance information across multiple providers
Preparing complete, up-to-date client files for adviser meetings
Ensuring all information is compliant and accurately recorded
(Back-office processing support is provided offshore, allowing you to focus on adviser and client interaction.)
About You
2–10+ years’ experience in insurance or financial services
Confident communicating with clients over the phone
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable managing multiple policies and providers
Professional, proactive and client-focused
Interested in long-term development, including a pathway to Adviser if desired
