About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organization within the financial services industry. Currently, they are looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager to join their risk department to monitor SME loans due diligence.

Job Description

* Review claim requests for defaulted commercial or SME loans under loan guarantee schemes.

* Monitor debt recovery actions and legal proceedings against defaulted borrowers and guarantors.

* Coordinate debt workout processes and assess repayment proposals efficiently.

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services department.

* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

* Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.

* At least 5 years (Deputy Manager) / 3 years (Assistant Manager) experience in debt collection or corporate restructuring/insolvency.

* Strong communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

* Excellent English and Chinese proficiency.

* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting
