What you'll be doing:

• Deliver AI and ML solutions, with a strong focus on NLP and LLMs.
• Work hands-on on real projects, not just experiments.
• Collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to solve challenging problems.
• Mentor and support other engineers as the team grows.
• Contribute to shaping the Madrid AI capability from the ground up.

Experience & Skills:

• 1-3+ years' practical AI/ML/DS engineering experience; exceptional candidates considered even with ~1 year.
• Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, Maths, or Physics; AI/ML Master's desirable.
• Hands-on experience delivering NLP/LLM projects.
• Prior AI/ML/DS engineer roles with real project delivery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Industry background open; big tech or consulting experience preferred.
• Finance + AI experience = highly desirable (unicorn candidate").
